Jeez Scott.  Get better soon. Baby anything that’s torn 2/3 way through for a
long time.

Didn’t blow out a knee but I hooked a foot on the corner of a heavy roller chest
and tried to move it that way because my hands were full (yup lazy and stupid).
Got a groin pull that made infrequent things like breathing painful for a month.
