It doesn't appear that the #6 had a blower. It did have a hold down whic
h is
missing on mine.

I must have gotten lucky. I chose copper instead of aluminum because I w
as
worried about fractures at the corners (and it looks nicer). Hmm, how to
describe folding copper? To minimize the stretching, I pushed the corner
s in
toward the middle. This pulls up the sides. The copper triangles which
are
now inside were folded against the short ends. Since I had folded an inc
h
reinforcement on the top of the long sides, there were inch wide tabs at
the
top of the triangles which are folded over the short ends, locking everyt
hing
together. Actually, the flashing I used was a heavy gauge and fairly
difficult to fold so these last steps were probably not needed. If you a
re
going to Vacaville tomorrow, I'll bring it along.
