We need to get approved for what they call a "financial host" who deals
with the actual money, taxes, etc., and makes it a charitable contribution.
I haven't any idea how long that might take, nor do I know how particular
they might be about hosting us. I'll let you know when I know more.

As far as requiring folks to contribute, no, I have no intention of cutting
people out if they don't want to contribute. I'm hoping enough people get
enough value out of the List to spend a little in order to keep it going.
Based on the responses so far, I don't think it'll be an issue.
