I've been maintaining the OldTools List on my server since 2015 when I took
over from Cornell Law School, who had been hosting it. The time has come
for me to step down and turn the List over to someone else. That could be
another member who has experience with mailing list software, or a
commercial service. After doing this for six years, I recommend a
commercial service.

Thoughts, volunteers?
