I should have been cautious about this assertion. He wrote something
like: "modified Millers Falls".
I hope Patrick won't mind if I paste his prose here: " It's a Millers
Falls (made about 40 miles
from where I live) with a user addition of
a governor similar to what a steam engine uses.

 I've never seen such a modification."
