I don't know yet. There seems to be a plate missing on the post. I
suppose the manufacturer name was written there.
As I scrape the drill, I may discover something.

Patrick Leach told me it was a Millers Falls, but I can't confirm, as
I haven't seen it closely.
I have been tiresome with the seller (because of my timetable), and he
lost patience.
