Welcome back and congratulations on the tenure-track! I can't help you with
a Kane Co.-like flea market, but the Southwest Tool Collectors Association
is having their annual spring meeting in Wichita on May 3rd & 4th. I don't
have any other information at this time, but these meets, though much
smaller than MWTCA meets, are usually well attended and a lot of fun. If we
get lucky those plane-making hillbillies from Arkansas will be there showing
us what handplane perfection looks like, and Don Rosebrook will bring some
of his mouth-watering plow planes and levels. At this time I'm unsure as to
my attendance, but contrary to what I tell my wife, the show will go on.
