Easy, having passed the half century mark last year and 
knowing the age distribution of those who answered a survey
last year was high in the late '30's and heavily skewed to 
older than 40, it is good to see us welcoming younger blood.
Gotta have someone appreciative to pass our treasures to 
at some point.
