	No magic. Galootosity is probably equally distributed amongst the
population. InfoTechnology and educational institutions were/are in the
forefront of acquiring and using new communications technologies. And more
comfortable with them. We're just wired first. Give it a few years. I
suspect all Galoots will eventually have equal opportunity to get wired.
