So I picked up a Stanley 460 Miter Box on Craigslist in decent, but incomplete
condition. Missing are the complete length stop with coupler/set screws and the
two stock guides with its clamps and screws. I’m sure I can jury-rig something
but I’d like to refurbish it into original condition. It came with the original
30” Disston Stanley SW saw, which is huge. Some of the parts I need are
available on eBay, but the sellers must think they’re made out of gold. I know
it’s a long shot, but if anybody has a 460 gathering rust and dust and willing
to part out with the above mentioned parts, please contact me.
