First list for September.  Lots of fresh arrivals, collectibles,
blacksmithing, woodworking, and that and this.  The fleas have been kind
of productive but that's not going to last.

PayPal is now accepted and preferred (if you use it) on all items. It's
easier for me to ship items off of a paid PayPal invoice, especially
First Class ones.   Checks and money orders are still welcome.

And remember........da more ya buy, the cheaper they fly!

First contact (that is e-mail, or phone) that says I want it gets it.
Prices do not include shipping.  All items are shipped with Delivery
Confirmation. Insurance, unless it is a big order or a very fragile item
is optional. Just let me know. Also, I am shipping a lot more stuff via
First Class mail. There will be a small amount added to the shipping
cover the cost of the padded mailer. I don't get them for free.

Please put your name and address in the message. Saves time and email
traffic!

Fresh Goodes

Blacksmith Hand Forged Hot Cut Chisel Head.  Measuring 7 1/4" long, 1
1/2" high at the end, and this weighs3 lbs 11 1/2 oz unboxed.  Not
signed as to the maker.  This is in reasonably good condition and was
cleaned.  There is a little patina but nothing worth kicking the cat
over.  I did rough in a new edge but that will need a little fine
tuning.  The striking end has a little mushrooming and had a little
removed at some point but it's good to go.  Same for the punched eye.
This ain't minty but for a working tool, it sure ain't bad.  $19.00

Greenfield Tool 5/8 Inch Ogee Molding Plane.  This weighs 1 lb 3 1/4 oz
unboxed.  The Greenfield Tool Co was a Greenfield MA plane maker in
business from 1851 until 1883.  This is in reasonably good condition and
was cleaned.   Note this is straight, any bending you see is because of
camera lens distortion.  The body is good other than a little staining
and a few light dings.  There are a couple of small holes along the
inside of the fence where another fence was added.  The sole and mouth
are good.  The face of the iron is clean other than a little staining.
The wedge is also good.  This ain't minty but overall it sure ain't
bad.  $30.00

Stanley SW No 25 10 Inch Adjustable Bevel Square.  This weighs 5 1/4 oz
unboxed.  This is in fair but working condition and was cleaned. The b
lade has some spots of pitting but the edges are fairly good. The handle
has some wear to the edges and some dings but it still has a remnant of
the decal.  The locking screw works.  This ain't pretty or perfect but
it will get the job done.  $15.00

RARE 18th Century .375 Inch Round Ball Bullet Mold.  Measuring 3 11/16"
long, the cavities are .375 inch in diameter, and this weighs 1 1/2 oz
unboxed.  Not signed as to the maker, but it's 18th Century or very
early 19th Century as to the age.  This is in reasonably good condition
for the age and was cleaned.  There is some overall scuffing left over
from when this was made and a little rust inside the joint.  The
cavities have a little light rust but nothing too bad.  The head is
missing the small locator tab on the top.  The joint is good and this
closes tight with just a whisker of daylight showing.  This ain't minty
but these guys rarely show up any more. $50.00

Original Double Cavity 30 Cal Pistol Bullet Mold.  Measuring 4 5/16"
long, the cavities are .282 inches across, and this weighs 4 oz
unboxed.  Not signed as to the maker.  This is in decent condition and
was cleaned.  There is some overall pitting.  The cavities are good
other than a little rust staining.  There is a little daylight showing
when they are closed. The joint is good with no play.  The handles are
bent a little.  This ain't pristine but considering the age of this guy,
it ain't all that bad.  $40.00

light pitting and patina on the head.  The face has some light pitting
and a few dings.  The same for the peen.  The handle is slightly warped
looking from the peen, but it's good other than some dings and a few
bits of paint.  This ain't minty but it will get the job done.  $22.00

the head.  The face has some light dings, scratches, and there is a
small chip on the one side.  The peen is good.  The punched eye is also
good save for a little crusty on the inside.  This ain't minty but it is
a good size for a kid's hammer. $17.00

Chapin-Stephens No 61 2 Ft Folding Carpenters Rule.  This weighs 1 1/2
oz unboxed.  This is in reasonably good condition and was not cleaned.
The finish on the boxwood has a little wear and a few lightly stained
spots.  All the rulings are readable and the joints are good.  The one
inside pin is bent, the other one and the side pin is good.  The brass
has a little patina.  This ain't minty but it sure ain't bad as these
guys go.  $20.00

signed as to the maker, just marked Made In Germany where most of these
small ones were made.  This is in reasonably good condition and was
cleaned by someone else.  The tip has some spots of light pitting but
the edge is good and was never messed with.  The shaft and frame have a
little frosting.  The handle scales have a little staining and a dings
but are on tight.  This ain't minty but it sure ain't bad.  $18.00

are 1 11/16" deep, 13/16" wide at the tips, and this weighs 2 lbs 5 3/4
oz unboxed.  Not signed as to the maker.  This is in decent condition.
One of my flea market hero's hit this good with the shiny stuff.  There
is the usual patina.  The one jaw is a little thinner than the other one
and has a little chipping on the end.  The rivet is a bit banged up and
the joint has some wiggle. These ain't pretty but they sure are shiny
and they will get the job done.  $22.00

good. This ain't minty but it will get the job done.  $18.00

decent condition and was cleaned.  There is some overall light patina.
The tip is good other than a slight bend looking from the side.  The
handle is also good save for a small chip off of the end.  This ain't
pretty but it wasn't made to do a pretty job either.  $24.00

Hand Forged Early Slate Roof Tile Punch.  Measuring 14 3/4" long and
this weighs 15 oz unboxed.  Not signed as to the maker.  This is in
decent condition and was cleaned.  There is the usual patina found on
tools of this age.  The punch tip is good but the striking end has a
little mushrooming.  The small wing on the side is used as depth stop.
The handle area is good other than the patina.  I gotta say, that having
sold a bunch of slate tools over the decades, this this does not show up
very often.  $28.00

weighs 12 3/4 oz unboxed.  The mark is faint but can be read. This is in
decent condition and was cleaned.  There is some overall patina.  The
face has some dings, wear, and I did run a file over some sharp
mushrooming around the edge.  The peen is good save for some light
dings.  The eye is good other than a little dinging on the inside.  This
ain't minty, but these guys sure do not show up every day.   $17.00

cleaned.  The finish has a few dings but most of it is present.  The
plunger and anvil face are good and the adjustment screw works. This

Thom Appleton Boston 1 5/8 Inch Skew Rabbet Molding Plane.  This weighs
1 lb 9 1/2 oz unboxed.  Thomas Appleton was a Boston MA plane maker who
worked from 1866 until 1895.  This has the A mark.  This is in
reasonably good condition and was cleaned.  Note this is straight, any
bending you see is because of camera lens distortion. The body has some
stains and a few bits of paint down in the grain. Somebody shorted the
heel a little (when I got this, there was a pile of planes with the same
modification, probably to fit into a tool box.)  The sole has some light
scratches but is good and the mouth is as tight as when it was made.
The wedge is good.  The iron is clean on the cutting face save for some
scuffs.  That will need a touch-up.  I did take a little sharpness off
of the end of the tang.  This ain't perfect but skew rabbet planes of
this size and age rarely show up in this kind of condition.  Just
saying.  $24.00

condition and was cleaned.  The head has a bunch of dings on the sides.
The face and peen have some light dings but nothing too bad.  The handle
is old and could be the original one.  That has some stains, dings, and
wear but it feels solid enough.  This ain't minty but it will get the
job done.  $19.00

b lade has a couple of small dots of patina and a few scuffs but has
almost all of the plating.  The handle finish is good and the edges are
crispy.  The brass plates on the ends have a little discoloration.  The

Early Yellow Birch 3/4 Inch Rule Joint Molding Plane.  Measuring 10"
long, the cut is 3/4", and this weighs 13 1/2 oz unboxed.  Not signed as
to the maker.  This looks to be late 18th Century as to the age.  This
is in decent condition and was cleaned.  Note this is straight, any
bending you see is because of camera lens distortion. The body has some
dings, stains, and some tiny bits of paint down in the grain.  The sole
has a chip at the toe and a small one at the front of the mouth.  There
is some wear to the depth stop area.  The mouth isn't super tight but
it's not too bad.  The wedge is oak and is an old replacement.  That
ain't the prettiest but it does the job.  The iron has some spots of
pitting on the face and I did clean a little mushrooming off of the end
of the tang.  I do not have the other plane.  This ain't minty but tools
of this age rarely are. $27.00

1/2" from the edge to the end of the socket, the blade is 7 3/16" long,
and this weighs 15 oz unboxed.  The Fulton Tool Company was a marker of
chisels and plane irons and is not the maker of the Sears Tools by that
name.  This is in reasonably good condition and was cleaned.  The back
has some scuffs up at the edge, some frosted spots, and a few dots of
pitting, but it's clean for the most part.  The top also has a little
patina.  I did clean a little mushrooming off of the socket but it's
good to go.  This will need a handle, I don't have any here that will
fit.  This ain't perfect but it will get the job done.  $18.00

overall patina.  The chuck shell has some light pitting but the jaws
work and it turns smoothly.  The grip has some stains and the pad has a
few tiny bits of paint on the inside but both of those also spin.  This
