Gentle Galoots,

I’m in process of de-rusting a drop-forged 2” C-clamp ( cramp, in memory of
Jeff! ) with a 1” depth of throat.

One side is marked “JUDD 500 POUNDS TEST,” in all capital letters and with
“pounds” spelled out rather than abbreviated.

The forging has some cosmetic blemishes but no significant defects.

Any ideas as to when and where this was made?
